special / custom made order item)!
Returned product must be in its original
unopened condition.
Buyer must inform us at safikah@karyaneka-onlinestore.com.my
within the 7 days period as of the
INVOICE DATE of the product
before returning the product.
karyaneka-onlinestore.com.my will confirm
with the buyer for the returning arrangement and buyer must ship the
product back to karyaneka-onlinestore.com.my Malaysia address at
his/her own cost. Buyer
will take full responsibility
of the product damage/lost
of
the during the return shipment back to karyaneka-onlinestore.com.my, thus is advice to use insured registered
shipping. Buyer
must ship and return the product to karyaneka-onlinestore.com.my within
7 days after receiving the return confirmation. After
the 7 days return period, all warranted product will be claimed under
warranty/repair by karyaneka-onlinestore.com.my and non-warranty product is no
longer returnable.

the right to reject return of "Special / custom made Order" item.
Restocking Fee:
Unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of a
karyaneka-online error, a restocking fee of 15%
+ Shipping Cost (RM10 or
actual shipping cost, whichever is higher) may be charged on hardware,
accessories, peripherals, parts and unopened software still in
its/their sealed package, and on software that has not been downloaded
if the software is delivered electronically.
For faulty or defective product/s,
karyaneka-onlinestore.com.my will pay
for the return shipping cost (compensate as shopping point to
customer's account at karyaneka-onlinestore.com.my). Customer must
inform karyaneka-onlinestore.com.my within 7 days after receiving the
product/s. After 7 days,
customers will have to pay for return shipping cost to claim for
warranty.
